For male fertility assessment, the package includes Semen Analysis and Blood Test. The blood test includes Total Testosterone, SHBG, Free Androgen Index (FAI), Estradiol, Progesterone, Prolactin, FSH, LH and Vitamin D. For female fertility assessment, the package includes Pelvic Ultrasound and Blood Test, covering Estradiol, LH, FSH, Prolactin, AMH, Thyroid Function Test and Day 21 Progesterone.
